Can we quote for products not shown on the website?
A: There are too many products for electric heating tubes. The electric heating tubes we produce are not all displayed on the website.

A: We support OEM.
What is the minimum quantity?
A: Our standard minimum order quantity for overseas orders is 10,000 PCS.

Can you provide a catalogue of your products?
A: Our products are produced according to customer needs. Please contact our business manager if necessary, we will send you the information about the products you need to your mailbox.
Are samples available free of charge?
A: According to different products, if there are already mold samples, 5-10 PCS can be provided free of charge. If you need to develop new mold, mold cost is necessary.
Mass production time and delivery time？
A: 15~30 days, different products have different production cycle.
About the terms and conditions of payment.
A: We will confirm the payment method with you, usually through contract. In mass production, advance payment is usually waived, but all payments must be made 60 days after delivery. Most payment methods are wire transfers.
Product after-sales service scope and service period.
A: According to the process product type, shelf life is not the same, generally in 3 months to 2 years of quality problems, we will replace for you free.
